4. Refrigerated Shipping (Germany)
Refrigerated products are mandatorily shipped via DPD Express. Shipping takes place only Tuesday through Thursday. Shipping may be temporarily suspended during excessively high outdoor temperatures. Frozen goods are shipped using dry ice.

5. Self-Pickup
Available free of charge in Weiterstadt by appointment.

Calculation Note:
The delivery period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract. If the period ends on a Sunday or public holiday, the next business day applies.
- Dispatch takes place within 2–5 business days.
- Refrigerated goods are shipped only between Tuesday and Thursday.
- Frozen orders must be placed by 10:00 AM the previous day.
- If there is insufficient dry ice in stock for frozen goods, shipping will be postponed to the following week.
